You do. Prism provides the storefront, the file hosting and the checkout, but each sale is a contract between you and your customer, and the money is charged directly to your own Stripe account. Prism is not the merchant of record and never holds your customers' funds.

That also means the tax position on those sales is yours. Prism records the buyer's country on every sale and gives you the exports, but it does not compute, collect or file tax on your behalf.

Prism stores your files and puts them in front of a worldwide audience, which makes what you upload the platform's problem as well as yours. The following are not allowed:

• Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal acts
• Material you do not hold the rights to — pirated or infringing files
• Sexual content involving minors, or any non-consensual sexual material
• Hateful, harassing or violent content targeting people or groups
• Malware, credential stealers, or anything designed to damage a buyer's device
• Deceptive products: fake goods, undisclosed AI resale, or misrepresented deliverables

You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload and sell.

Anyone can report a product or a store by writing to abuse@prism.store. Reports are handled by a person, not a queue.

A takedown withdraws access that was already granted. If a product is removed following a notice, the download links issued for it stop working — including for customers who paid. Prism never holds that money and therefore cannot refund those customers; that is between them and you. Removing a product does not close your store.

A store may be suspended outright for repeated or serious breaches. You are told the reason. Files your customers already bought keep being delivered.

The email addresses and audience data you collect through Prism are yours to decide the use of — you are the data controller, Prism is a processor acting on your instructions. Prism will never use your audience for its own purposes, including marketing Prism to them.

The flip side is that data-subject requests are yours to answer. Prism gives you the tooling in Audience → Data requests: look up everything held about one email address, export it, or erase it. Sales records are kept but stripped of the buyer's identity, because accounting records have their own legal retention period.

A free account distributes free products and builds an audience. Taking payment requires a Pro subscription and a connected Stripe account. If Pro lapses, your store stays online and your free products keep working; paid products stop being purchasable, and download links already issued stay valid.

Prism is provided as-is, without a guaranteed level of availability. Keep your own copies of the files you sell — the storage is a convenience, not a backup service.

When these terms change materially, the version above changes with them and you are asked to accept the new text on your next visit. Prism records which version you accepted and when.
